Kindly note that due to budget constraints the Mini-bid 61/15/16 was cancelled as the bids received were above the budgeted amount for the Business Case
The Agency is re-advertising the Mini-Bid with the following clarification to be considered and aligned with in your response:
1. The Agency has conducted a needs analysis based on the outlay of reserves and individual reserve requirements.
2. The need for the proposal is to vet the internal analysis and further enhance the Agencies requirements with those of a fleet expert.
3. There will be no site visits required of the Service Provider, however a central Fleet Task Team has been established for interface with the successful bidder.
a. Travel will be allowed only for the four visits to the Agencies East London Office namely:
b. Initiation Meeting
c. Draft Proposal Presentation
d. Board Presentation
4. A detailed breakdown of your costing will be required to substantiate the total bid price submitted.
5. No electronic system or policy is required as of yet, however the following is required:
a. Analysis of the requirements for Fleet for ECPTA,
b. Detailed analysis, legislative requirements and Total Cost of the different outsourcing avenues that are available to ECPTA
c. Benchmark against similar sized companies and their operating model
d. Analysis of companies offering the different outsourcing avenues and their cost implications
e. Proposal on the best option for ECPTA
