The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency (ECPTA) hereby invites service providers to submit quotations for renovations to an existing abattoir at Mpofu Nature Reserve. Only contractors with CIDB Grading 2GB or higher are eligible to submit bid proposalsMini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Monday, 12 September 2016 free of charge. The documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request.Compulsory site briefing meeting will be held at Mpofu Nature Reserve on Tuesday, 20 September 2016 at 11h00am

Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “as per above table” and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at No 6 St Marks Road, Southernwood, East London. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 on the 27 September 2016.
