The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency is seeking the services of a service provider to submit proposals for TENT HIRE, CATERING AND DECORATION FOR THE GAME TRANSFORMATION FUNCTION FOR THE EASTERN CAPE PARKS & TOURISM AGENCY Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Wednesday, 1 March 2017 free of charge and closing on Wednesday, 8 March 2017 at 11h00 am. | THE INTRODUCTIONThe Game Industry Transformation Programme is a key programme within the influence of the Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency (ECPTA). As a primary driver in the game transformation process in the Eastern Cape, ECPTA will be launching the programme at a function on the 17th March 2017. It is envisaged that ECPTA will undertake the launch 25km South West of Aliwal North at its first recipient.
THE SCOPE OF WORK

EVALUATION CRITERIA Price and B-BBEE points will be calculated as described in the Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2011. SBD 6.1 form must be used to claim B-BBEE Status level of the company.
Stage 1: Prequalification Criteria
1. Bidders must submit a minimum of three reference letters/letters of appointment where the bidder has conducted a similar services for a delegation of 100 or more people. 2. Bidders must submit proof of equipment in the form of pictures/letter of intent to hire from a third parties confirming the following a. A photo of both tents b. Photo of previous serving area provided as indication of serving capability c. Photo of VIP toilets offered d. Preliminary menu for the lunch e. Photo of décor previously supplied by your company for inside tents 3. Bidder must submit the Certificate of Acceptability in terms of Health Act no.63 of 1977 as amended
Stage 2: Price and B-BBEE

NB: Certified copy or original B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate/ Sworn Affidavit must be submitted to substantiate B-BBEE Status claimed. When such certificate is not provided as proof the company will automatically score zero.

| Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Quotation No.130/16/17- TENT HIRE, CATERING AND DECORATION FOR THE GAME TRANSFORMATION FUNCTION FOR THE EASTERN CAPE PARKS AND TOURISM AGENCY and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at 17-25 Oxford Street (Cnr of Fleet & Oxford). The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00am on 8 March 2017. Telephonic, Telegraphic, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
