The word Maweni means between the krantzes and the stone and thatch lodge is set amongst red ironstone mountains which offer inspiring views of the surrounding wild countryside with its dams and river below. Animals and birds are prolific and offer many wonderful photographic opportunities as you view them from vehicle, mountain bike or on foot. The tranquil lodge offers a sparkling pool to relax by on hot summer days, and you may choose to spend time on your private chalet verandah or gather at the main verandah and bar.
