Olifantskop Lodge Bed and Breakfast is situated among the foothills of the Zuurberg Mountain Range near Addo. The Lodge is set in a beautiful garden setting and offers excellent bird watching. Olifantskop Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore the neighbouring towns of Alicedale, Paterson and Addo including the many game parks with their spectacular scenery and rich vegetation. These parks are a haven to the Big Five as well as a large variety of other wildlife. The list of Game Parks includes the famous Addo National Park, Amakhala Game Reserve, Schotia Safaris and Bushman Sands Game Reserve just outside Alicedale. Animals that Guests will be able to view at these parks include the recently reintroduced African Wild Dog, Addo Elephants, Cape Buffalo, Lions, Hippo and Giraffe to mention a few. The Eastern Cape region is MALARIA FREE and offers tourists a unique opportunity to view a large amount of game in a very short period of time.
