Camp Figtree Colonial African Lodge

Camp Figtree rests between the 12 000 ha Riverbend Conservancy on the Southern boundary and the Addo Elephant National Park to the North. The Camp boasts 270-degree views over the Afro-Mountain valleys. Camp Figtree has been designed around its original 1920s traditional colonial building style. The camps public areas include a swimming pool with a slatted deck overlooking the valley. International guests will find comfort in knowing the entire region is malaria-free. Evenings are spent in traditional african-style around a unique boma. At Camp Figtree, four luxury suites offer guests the unique opportunity to experience exclusivity, privacy and the gracious style of Old World elegance. Each bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and has a private verandah featuring stunning views. In addition, we have a separate luxury tented camp. This camp is in close proximity to the main lodge and has been designed to mirror the hey-day of the golden years of the East African tented safari. At camp figtree you are likely to see wildlife such as Kudu, Bushbuck, Leopard, Caracal, Bush Pig and Jackal.
