Wacky Waterpark, located in the Marina Martinique, Jeffreys Bay is a great family destination for some fun in the sun. Wacky Waterpark offers a full range of activities for young and old in one convenient location. So if it’s family fun, a birthday party, corporate team building or a school or sport group, they cater for you.
The Floating Wipeout Zone and Floating Obstacle Course will be in operation as well as the 55m Tube Slide into the Marina. Other activities in the park include, a swimming area in the Marina, splash pool with mini slides, splash pad, junior warrior course, sand pit, disc golf, volleyball, paintball and target shooting.
4. JEFFREYS BAY HORSE-RIDING
(KOUGA)
Enjoy an adventurous horse riding experience where experienced guides escort riders twice daily along a 13km circular route in the vicinity of Jeffreys Bay. The trail takes about 2 hours to complete, leading through beautiful fynbos, coastal vegetation and returning along a 6 km stretch of deserted beach.
There are also several experiences and services for your convenience and entertainment including horse trails, riding lessons, special needs and disabled riding lessons, parties, events and opportunities to volunteer and work with horses.
5. WHALE & DOLPHIN WATCHING
(CAPE ST FRANCIS)
Join us on a cruise up the coast taking in the beauty of the scenic reserve, sand dunes and beaches along the way. From June to Nov and sometimes extending to Dec we experience a high success rate providing close encounters with Southern Right and Humpback Whales who visit our waters on their annual migration south. You are likely to also see penguins, seals and a variety of other bird and marine life. Trips are 1.5 to 2 hours in length and can be enjoyed by anyone keen on an outstanding marine experience.
6. KAYAK AND LILO ADVENTURE

This unique award-winning adventure is in the beautiful Storms River Mouth, Tsitsikamma. Start by kayaking over the pristine ocean and then go over to kayak deep into the breath-taking storms river gorge filled with marine life and ancient forests.
Explore deeper in the gorge with our unique relaxing Lilo’s. Ideal for the whole family with no experience required.

7. WILD FLY FISHING IN THE KAROO

Blistering horizons of blue mountains, semi-desert and timeless sunsets, don’t exactly conjure up images of water and quality fly fishing. Cast yourself into a Karoo time warp, fly fish in pools that dinosaur-like reptiles scoured out in river-beds hundreds of years ago or stand below a 90m waterfall in a national heritage site under the shade of yellowwood trees, fly fishing for trout as the mist of the waterfall soothes your soul. 10. AMATOLA HIKING TRAIL

The Amatola Trail is widely regarded as the toughest and best hiking trail in South Africa. It is a 6-day and 5-night hike starting at Maden Dam near King William’s Town (Qonce), traversing the incredible Amatola Mountains and ending in the iconic village of Hogsback.
The Amatola Trail is truly amazing and very strenuous so one needs to be prepared, however the views, remoteness, pristine indigenous forest and endless waterfalls make it a true bucket-lister.
You must be fit and capable of hiking 20km+/10 hours a day, never knowing what Mother Nature might throw at you!
