Based in Coffee Bay along the Wild Coast within the Transkei, we offer the opportunity to experience the incredible local scenery and culture. The Wild Coast truly has some of the most breath-taking sights in the world.
We provide kayaking experiences on the Mthata and Mdumbi rivers as well as out at sea in the warm Indian Ocean. Take a few hours or a whole day to enjoy the scenery while paddling up the magnificent rivers surrounded by rolling hills covered with traditional Xhosa rondavels or paddle through the ocean for a chance to see dolphins, turtles and whales while being able to witness the Wild Coast from a whole new perspective.
We also offer day tours to witness Hole-in-the-wall as well as to experience the Mapuzi caves. For the extra adventurous, jump from the cliffs into the warm Indian Ocean. Coffee Bay Adventures is also looking into multi-day hikes around the area (Mdumbi, Coffee Bay, Hole-in-the-wall, Lubanzi, Bulungula, Lwandile). We can provide transport to many of the surrounding places in our converted 4×4 safari vehicle to see private beaches, perfect sunset spots and so much more!
