DVHM was conceived and born, to remember, to record, to preserve and to celebrate the history of Duncan Village Township with pride and excellence. The museum will not only enshrine the rich history of Duncan Village township but will also serve as an education, learning and development conduit for the public.
The mission is to engage the public in a vibrant organization that promotes historical preservation, education and research that relates to Duncan Village Township and its former glory. We seek to inspire our visitors and locals to make a personal and emotional connection to the past by providing on-going historical exhibits and programmes that enable all persons to see their present and future more clearly.
