The up-market 2 x bedroom unit sleeps maximum 4 persons The up-market lofted 2 x bedroom unit sleeps maximum 6 persons An apartment is booked as a unit per room – A room sleeps maximum 2 persons The rate for a unit varies depending on the number of rooms booked in the unit – Rooms not booked in a unit by the guest will be locked during their stay Each 2 x bedroom unit has a private entrance and is fully equipped with Main bedroom en suite with shower 2nd Bedroom with 2 x Single beds Lounge TV Double sleeper couch (Lofted unit only) DStv (Hotel package) Fully equipped kitchen with eating counter Dining Room (Lofted unit only) Bathroom with bath Iron & Ironing Board Gas braai facility on balcony Remote controlled access to 2 x on-site parking bays We also supply towels, linen, crockery & cutlery and cooking utensils Main Bedroom – en suite with shower – This bedroom is made available when the booking is for one (1) or two (2) persons only 2nd Bedroom 2 x Single beds in bedroom – This bedroom is only made available when booked, otherwise this bedroom will be locked Double Sleeper Couch bedding is only made available when booked (Lofted unit only), otherwise it will not be made available during stay Self-Catering – guests provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries – We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the unit Self-Service – Guest do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the unit and make beds – We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for the new guest arrival Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings Children U 2 – Children U 2 stays for free and does not count towards the occupancy We will provide a sleeping cot by prior arrangement only Minimum stay required is 2 consecutive nights unless otherwise noted Minimum stay required from 1 12 December and Easter Weekend is 3 consecutive nights Minimum stay required from 13 December – 15 January is 5 consecutive nights
