<h2>ACCOMMODATION DETAILS</h2>
On The Beach Boutique Guesthouse and Suites in Jeffreys Bay offers a relaxed and refined atmosphere in which to enjoy the spectacular setting right on the beach. The classic design, elegant décor and harmonious ambience, combined with incredible views from most rooms, as well as the upstairs lounge, bar and outdoor verandahs, relaxes and rejuvenates and is ideal for business, pleasure – or both. We offer free use of our beach chairs, -umbrellas and –towels to our guests. Experience the magic of a sundowner barbeque right on the edge of the beach … Braai/barbecue facilities and picnic tables are available in front of the guesthouse, either on the front lawn in the sculpted, indiginous garden leading down to the beach or on the sand lower down – obviously all with great views! The braai room is fully equipped with Weber braai’s, tongs, cutlery, crockery and glasses to be used on wooden picnic tables outside.

The accommodation features a Penthouse Room, 2 Deluxe Rooms, 2 Superior Rooms, a Luxury Room, 2 Standard Rooms, 2 Two-bedroom Suites and a self-catering Apartment. Most Units have direct beach access and breathtaking beach and ocean views.

<strong>PENTHOUSE ROOM (1)</strong> The Penthouse Room is on the first floor with exquisite 180 degree beach and ocean views. Room facilities include air-conditioning, seating area leading onto the upstairs patio, 32″LCD TV with DStv bouquet, tea and coffee-making facilities, full en-suite bathroom with double showers, centre bath – all with views. Free Wi-Fi, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are supplied for your convenience. This room can accommodate up to two adults in king-size/twin beds, including a cold buffet and hot a’ la carte breakfast menu.
<strong>DELUXE SUITES (2)</strong> – The Deluxe open plan rooms on the ground floor, have full en-suite bathrooms, seating area and sliding doors leading onto a patio, with beautiful ocean and beach views. Facilities include underfloor heating, fan, sleeper couch (suitable for maximum 2 children 10 years and younger at R200.00 extra per child), flatscreen TV with DSTV bouquet, tea/coffee facilities and King/twin beds.
<strong>SUPERIOR ROOMS (2)</strong> – The Superior Rooms on the ground floor has breathtaking beach and ocean views, with sliding doors leading onto a patio, the garden and the beach beyond. Room facilities include sitting area, under-floor heating and fan, or air-conditioning, 32”LCD TV with DStv bouquet, tea and coffee-making facilities, full en-suite bathroom, and direct beach access. Beach towels, – chairs and umbrellas are supplied for your convenience. This room can accommodate two adults in a king-size/twin beds. All rates include a full cold buffet and hot a’ la carte breakfast menu.
<strong>LUXURY ROOM (1)</strong> – The Luxury Room is situated on the ground floor with partial ocean views. Room facilities include TV, satellite channels, tea and coffee-making facilities, full open-plan en suite bathroom, direct beach access and access to all guesthouse amenities. Free Wi-Fi, beach towels, – chairs and umbrellas are supplied for your convenience.
<strong>STANDARD ROOMS (2)</strong> – The Standard Rooms on the ground and first floor, are small, yet comfortable with all amenities, en-suite bathroom with shower/full bathroom. The room facilities include a fan, 32”LCD TV with a DStv bouquet and tea and coffee facilities. These rooms DON NOT have any beach or ocean views. This room can accommodate two adults in king-size/twin beds/double bed. Free Wi-Fi, beach towels, – chairs and umbrellas are supplied for your convenience.
<strong>APARTMENT (1)</strong> – The Magna Tubes Apartment is on the first floor, with wonderful ocean and beach views. The spacious living room and adjoining kitchenette is air-conditioned and shares breathtaking views with the main bedroom (king / twin beds) and en-suite bathroom (bath). The second bedroom (king / twin beds) also has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children of 10 years and younger, with en-suite bathroom (shower). This apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 10 on a sofa bed. This is a self catering apartment. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
<strong>TWO-BEDROOM SUITES (2)</strong> – The Two-bedroom Suites are located on the ground or first floor, with lovely ocean and beach views. The comfortable open-plan living rooms, with dining area and kitchenette, are air-conditioned, with sliding doors leading onto a private balcony/patio. Facilities include full, modern bathroom, private entrance, remote alarm system, 32″ LCD TV with DSTV bouquet and daily service. These suites can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child under the age of 10 on a sleeper bloc in the lounge. These are self catering units. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST.
<strong>POLICIES:</strong>
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: 50% deposit required when making booking. Balance payable on arrival. Or full payment 30 days prior to guests arrival.
CHILD RATES: Children 0 – 3 years stay free of charge. Children 4 – 10 years accepted and pay R200.00 per child if they are sharing a room with the adult. Children 11 years and older pay adult rates and may not share a room with adults. Only 2 children per room allowed, only selected rooms can accommodate children.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:
30% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
