The One33 Craft Distillery and Cheesery is ideal for locals and tourists to meet and share stories over One’s unique range of craft spirits and craft cheese. Talks of the distillery and cheesery are available, and One33 is ideal for rum, gin and cheese tastings, parties and events. The bar and coffee shop are open Tuesday to Sunday.
The One33 Cheesery produces a range of artisanal cheeses as well as haloumi, feta and fresh yoghurt. A range of One33 cheese and ploughman platters are available profiling the One33 range.
The One33 range of craft spirits are distilled here in St Francis Bay, and includes White and Dark Rum and Black Rum Mixed Spirit, the Sea Vista Gin, and The Village Vodka. The One33 Dark Rum won a Gold medal in the 2019 Michelangelo International Wine & Spirits Awards.
