The Lower Deck – Morgans Bay

Watch the Indian Ocean rollers break at Morgan Bays secret surf spot where experienced surfers & dolphins compete for the perfect wave. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, approximately 200m from the waters edge, the Lower Deck sits atop a hill and is blessed with beautiful sea views. To our left lies the beach and safe swimming lagoon, which are within walking distance (5-10 minutes). To our right, the mighty dolerite cliffs krantzes of Morgan Bay rise dramatically from the sea and extend 4km along the coastline, to the pristine Double Mouth Nature Reserve and Bead beach where it is thought the Santo Espirito floundered in 1608. One often hears the haunting call of the resident Fish Eagles in this beautiful estuary. The Lower Deck consists of a self catering, one double bedroom, ground floor, sea view apartment with comfortable open plan area that consists of lounge with Dstv, kitchenette and a sleeping area that comfortably sleeps two children under 12 or one teenager. Sliding doors lead from both the bedroom and the lounge onto a wooden deck where you can relax with a book, enjoy meals in the warm summer evenings or stargaze at night. Airport pick-ups can be arranged at an extra cost. Linen is supplied and changed on a weekly basis. Minimum stay 2 nights.
