Urquhart Caravan Park

The Urquhart Caravan Park is one of the most popular caravanparks in the Karoo midland. It offers lots of shade to campers, caravaners and picnickers . It is located on the outskirts of Graaff-Reinet below the wall of the Nqweba dam(formerly the Van Ryneveldspass dam).There are five fully equipped selfcatering chalets (one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and openplan kitchwen area); two bungalows(two single beds) with shower,toilet and bar fridge; and eight huts and rondavels each with two single beds ( use of the ablution facilities which is shared with the caravaners and campers.) All of the overnight accommodation are serviced on an a daily basis and offer tea and coffee facilities.
