Vine Cottages

Vine Cottage is all about your comfort. Vine Cottage is a renovated historical Karoo house with typical high ceilings and mellow Oregon floors. We are centrally situated within walking distance of shops, restraurants and museums. The entrance to the Valley of Desolation in the Camdeboo National Park is only a 5 minute drive away. We offer complete privacy with safe undercover parking. There is a garden at the back of the house where you can braai or just sit and relax and enjoy the healthy Karoo air. The cottage has three comfortable bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two singles, to accommodate 6 people. An extra bed can be arranged upon request. We supply pure cotton bedlinen, goosedown duvets in winter and soft fluffy towels for the bathroom. All our beds are fitted with electric blankets to make your winter stay more comfortable. You will also find unusual and original ELLY handmade soap in the bathroom. This fragrant, exclusive range is as natural as you will find soap to be and may be ordered from us. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Tea coffee and rusks are provided for your enjoyment and there is an honesty fridge available. Our rates include cook-it-yourself breakfast for the first morning of your stay, for which we supply eggs,bacon or sausage, fresh homemade bread, butter and jam.
