Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency employees continue to be encouraged to take advantage of free online courses to expand their knowledge, strengthen their professional capabilities, and contribute meaningfully to the agency’s conservation and tourism mandate.
Despite the current financial challenges facing the organisation, staff members are finding practical ways to continue developing their skills. One such employee is Bulelwa Nongogo, who has successfully completed five online courses as part of her professional development journey.
The courses she completed include Introduction to Strategic Human Resources, Programme and Project Management, Leading Change, Policy Formulation and Implementation, and Ethics in Local Government. These areas of study play an important role in strengthening leadership, governance, and effective service delivery within the public sector.
Nongogo’s commitment to learning reflects the culture of growth and adaptability that ECPTA continues to encourage among its employees. By making use of available learning opportunities, she is not only enhancing her own capabilities but also contributing to the broader work and mandate of the agency.
ECPTA remains committed to supporting staff development and fostering a learning environment where employees are empowered to grow, even during challenging times.
