QUOTATION NUMBER: 66/15/16 COMPLETION OF A PARTLY BUILT ABLUTION FACILITY AT NDULI NATURE RESERVE, MTHATHA
The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency (ECPTA) hereby invites service providers to submit quotations for the completion of a partly built ablution facility at Nduli Nature Reserve, Mthatha. Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Thursday, 15 October 2015 free of charge and closing on the 29th October August 2015 at 11h00am. The documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request. Compulsory briefing will be held at Nduli Nature Reserve, Mthatha on Wednesday, 21 October 2015 at 11h00am. Failure to attend the compulsory briefing will result in immediate rejection of the bid. Contractors must be registered with CIDB with the grading of 1GB OR HIGHER |

| Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “as per above table” and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at No 6 St Marks Road, Southernwood, East London. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 am on the 28th October 2015. Telephonic, Telegraphic, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
