| THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MEDIA MONITORING OF ECPTA MEDIA ENDEVOURS FOR 18 MONTHS Key Objective
To track and monitor media mentions in the public domain for ECPTA media activity for accurate trends and reports for a period of 18 months Deliverables
The service provider must track, monitor and analyse all ECPTA mentions from a regional, national and international base and present findings in accurate scientific reports that quantify ROI. Scope of work
o Unlimited yet customised keyword tracking through national and international databases media databases of print, online, radio mediums o Monitoring that showcases media exposure, reach, circulation, sentiment, AVE in ZAR value, and ROI amongst basics o Full time support through account manager o Monthly and quarterly tailored media reports o For a system that also allows for press outreach NB: The Service provider must closely work with ECPTA’s Communication and Media manager to achieve the project’s purpose.

STAGE 1- FUNCTIONALITY
NB: Only proposers who obtain 70 out of 100 points for functionality will qualify for evaluation in terms of price. All points scored by qualifying proposers in Stage 1 will not be taken into consideration for evaluation at Stage 2.
STAGE 2- PRICE and B-BBBEE
Bidders should take note that submissions are subject to functionality scoring as detailed in the mini-bid document.
