REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FIRE ARM COMPETENCY TRAINING QUOTATION NO. 10/14/15 The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency is seeking a SETA Accredited Training provider who is registered with SAQA or approved by a relevant Education and Training Authority to implement a Fire Arm Competency Certificate. Learners should receive a “Competency Certificate” after the completion of the training programme. Preferable a competency certificate must pitch at NQF Level 3. Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Friday the 11th July 2014 free of charge and closing on the 18th July 2014 at 16h00. NB: Only bidders who obtain a minimum score of 70 points and above for functionality (stage 1 evaluation) will qualify for evaluation in stage 2 and points for stage 1 will not be considered for evaluation in stage 2.STAGE 2
