The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency is inviting professional and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the Lilizela Tourism Awards Gala Dinner. The event is to be held in Port Elizabeth on 09 September 2014.

Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Friday 01 August 2014 free of charge. The bidding documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request.

NB: Only bidders who obtain a minimum score of 60 points and above for functionality (stage 1 evaluation) will qualify for evaluation in stage 2 and points for stage 1 will not be considered for evaluation in stage 2. STAGE 2

Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked Quotation No. 11/14/15 – “Lilizela Tourism Awards Gala Dinner” and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at No 6 St Marks Road, Southernwood, East London. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 on Friday, 08 August 2014. Telephonic, Telegraphic, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of Tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
