Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Tuesday, 30 May 2017 free of charge. The documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request.
Evaluation Criteria
STAGE 1- Local Content
Bidders must achieve 100% local content on all wire materials; failure to achieve 100% local content will result in immediate rejection of the bid. Bidders must complete Annexure C and SBD 6.2 forms for declaration of local content- failure to complete SBD 6.2 and all associated forms will lead to rejection of the bid.

| Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “as per above table” and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at No 17 Fleet Street, East London CBD. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 on the 06 June 2017.
