The Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency is seeking the services of a service provider to submit proposals for the PROVISION OF CATERING FOR 20 LEARNERS ATTENDING THE NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: NATURE CONSERVATION GUARDIANSHIP LEARNERSHIP NQF L2Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Monday, 01 August 2016 free of charge and closing on Friday, 05 August 2016 at 11h00 am. The documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request or downloaded on the ECPTA website

PRE REQUISITE:v Provide certificates of the registration.v Please make sure that the Mini-Bid Document is fully completed including all the

Declarations.

v Service provider must submit a Certificate of Acceptability obtainable from local municipality (Failure to submit this certificate will invalidate the bid)

v Flexibility regarding menu options (stick to the specified menu items listed above)

v Service providers must be registered on the Centralised Supplier Database (CSD)

v Bidders are to submit at least three (3) letters of reference from any public sector Institute. (Failure to submit this will invalidate the bid)

v Bidders must also submit photos of kitchen equipment to be used for the preparation of meals

POINTS WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT POLICY FRAMEWORK ACT AND ITS REGULATIONS AS FOLLOWS:

The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00am on 05 August 2016. Telephonic, Telegraphic, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.Bids may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
