NB: Bidders who obtain 55 points and above out of 80 for functionality (Stage 1) will qualify for evaluation in terms of Price and B-BBEE Status in stage 2. All points scored by qualifying bidders in stage 1 will not be taken into consideration in stage 2 STAGE 2- PRICE and B-BBBEE
