Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “as per above table” and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at No 17 Fleet Street, ( Cnr of Fleet street and Oxford Street) East London CBD. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 on the 31 October 2016.
