Mini bid documents outlining detailed specifications will be made available from Tuesday, 08 November 2016 free of charge. The documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request.

The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 on the 23 November 2016. Telephonic, Telegraphic, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of Tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
