NB: Bidders must provide sufficient proof/documents to justify awarding the above points; no points will be allocated where no sufficient detailed proof has been provided.
Only bidders who obtain 75 and above out of the 100 points for functionality (Stage 1 evaluation) will qualify for evaluation in terms of price (Stage 2 evaluation). Points scored by qualifying bidders in Stage 1 and 2 will not be taken into consideration for evaluation in Stage 3 Stage 3 NB: Only bidders who obtain 75 out of 100 in stage 2 will qualify for stage 3. The closing time for submission of tender offers is 11h00 on the 15 December 2016.
