Mini bid documents outlining specifications will be made available from Wednesday, 15th August 2016 free of charge. The documents can only be e-mailed to applicants upon request. Service providers are requested to provide quotations per project as detailed in the bid specifications document. |

| Quotations should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “Quotation number and project descriptions per above table “and should be deposited in the tender box, situated at No 6 St Marks Road, Southernwood, East London before the closing date and time. Telephonic, Telegraphic, Facsimile, Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued
Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of Tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
