Kayak and lilo

Explore the secret world of the Storms River Gorge and experience the long, bottomless pools, deep caves and ancient indigenous forests of Tsitsikamma National Park with nothing but the quiet sounds of nature around you.
This 2.5-hour encounter starts will a paddle up the majestic Storms River in a comfortable double sit-on-top kayak, right into the bats’ cave surrounded by the awe-inspiring spectacular cliffs. The kayaks are swapped for lilos (inflatable tubes) at the low water point, with a short walk over a rocky patch in between. Meander down the gorge, weightlessly revelling in the serenity of the Tsitsikamma paradise and feeling insignificantly small against the grandeur of the giant cliffs surrounding you. Once the final point is reached, the tour makes a U-turn back to the kayaks.
